The dominion, ho said, was progressing by leaps and bounds. He was carrying away with him many pleasant memories. Lord Plunket says thaib he has high and sincere regard and respect for New Zealanders, who resemble the very best stock at Home. Lord Plunket awaits Lord Islington's arrival, and will visit other capitals before departing.
