J. Williams, of Weraroa, wrote enclosing an account for C2O for a tramway truck, etc., usc.il in connection with the high pressure AWi-i'el* tunnel. Cr. Palmer concurred with the Mavor. Some of the .streets, he said, were in a very had condition. Cr.
