Sir,—l was surprised to read, the account iu the " Clirun-iolo" of tlie U.A.O.D. installation and social at Foxton, because so far as I am aware it is (lie first time that anything has ever appeared iu the public press abrut certain official positions. I do not know whether it- was a broth or who gave- you the report, but T may tell you that the meinlbers of the Foxto.iv and Levin, not to say, other lodges are greatly annoyed over such a proceeding, and. the next meeting of our lodge some one will be called over the coals. — Yours, etc., ONF OF TTTF ORDER.
