NEWSPAPERS. Within the Dominion, }d for each newspaper. To Australia, South Sen Mauds, Canada, etc., each newspaper Id; to United Kingdom, Id by direct steamer, by other routes Id for first Bozs, and }d each additional 2ozs. To other countries, for the first lozs Id, each additional 2oz Jd. The weight o'f newspapers for transmission to Australia and British New Guinea at the Id rate is restricted to 20ozs. for copy; for each lOozs or fraction thereof additional id.

All other p':;ces 2}d for first lOozs, and id for each pueceodine 2ozs. REPLY COUPONS. As a means of enabling th< sender of a letter addressed to ?. place abroad to prepay the postage on a reply, the Department issues reply- coupons on payment of a fee of 3d. These coupons may be exchanged for a postage stamp of (hr value of 2Jd in any country which adopts the scheme. HOOKS AND PRINTED PAPERS. All places, id for ea«h 2ozs. MONEY ORDERS. Up to £5, 3d ; above £o to CIO, Id; above CIO to £1;">, 9d; above Gls to £20, Is; above £'20 to £'2."5. Is 3d; above to -30, Is Cd: iibove £30 to .C 35, Is 9d; above C3.T to £10, 2s. British Postal Orders for fixed sums from Gd up to 20s may be procured at the principal Money Order Offices in New Zealand. REGISTRATION. Universal fee of 2d to all place* The sender of a registered article may obtain acknowledgment of its due receipt on payment in advance .f 2id. PATTERNS AND SAMPLES.
