The newspaper has now stopped publioa'tion. [Commenting upon tlie type of degenerate that preaches sedition and comniiits murder in India, the London Times recently remarked:-— " These wretched puppets are tutored into obedience, hypnotised in,to committing the gravest crimes and drilled into willingness to go to tho 'lows or bo transported witli c. lions indifference. They must l!!v (the penalty of their misdeeds, but the men who are the instigat 'i's still lurk behind the veil."]
