Joseph .lolin I'(•\\"t>lk.;i was charged, at the Supreme Court this morning, with having eonimiittw! the murder of -John Patrick thicket Maguire, ;i police, sergeant, on 10th April last. Accused was defended by Mr If. (J. Moore. He pleaded " Xot Guilty." The evidence for the prosecution will be it he same as that adduced in the lower court, when accused was committed for trial. About a dozen witnessed have been summoned on behalf of the accused.
