NEWSPAPERS. Within the Dominion, id for each newspaper. To Australia, South Sea Islands, Canada, etc., each newspaper Id; to United Kingdom, Id by direct steamer, by other routes Id for first Bozs, and id each additional 2ozs. To other countries, for the first 4ozs Id, each additional 2oz id.
