Every 0110 of tlio charges ol breaches of the Licensing Act brought in connection \vitli_ Mr Massey's banquet were dismissed, one bein<j; without prejudice, to permit Inspector Hlack to bring i!t on iil lie chooses. This was tlio charge against the licensee lor allowing liquor to be consumed ailter 11 o'clock, but all the evidence showed that no licjuor was consumed, as no tonslt was proposed.
