IRREGULARITIES DISCOVERED. [per prebs association.] NAPIER, May H. The harbour loan i>oll recount disclosed 44 cases of supposed dual voting, and one of treble voting, mainly at the Napier and Hastings booths. Supposing the whole of tho dual votes wero taken from those recorded against the loan, the number required to earn' 'the loan is still a few short. On Monday the Magistrate will hear legal argument as to the validity of the poll consequent on the alleged irregularities.
