In connection with the charge of arson a+, the Hiu;li School. Ivlwin Dinnie, finger print expert, .said there were two finger print impressions on two of the pieces of glass. that were covered with putty, cno being much more complete than the other. Inhibit IV (the impression on the glass) was a true photograph of each print, on exhibit 15 d'awelka.'s impressions) and the right thumb impredion on exhibit H. The two impressions on exhibit. 1) were identical beyond all doubt with the right thumb impression on exhibit, 10. lhitli the prints on the glass were on the right tliumli which had br.cn placed on the two places. ffo had marked seventeen points rf similarity between the prints on the iclass and P'awel- j ka's impressions, on one impression, | and eiirlit on the other.
