The .Stock Exchange passed the following resolution after the 10 a.m. oal Ito-day:— " That this Exchange is of opinion tliaf it is essential that the Attorney of the Waihi Co. should he asked to make an official statement as to tho presenlt state of affairs at the Waihi Mine, and that the chirman of the Auckland Stock Exchange he asked to act in 'the mattor."
