RECENT FRENCH ELECTION.

Tlio Times' Paris correspondent estimates that four millions voted for the Radicals, 1,7.30,000 for the Conservatives, 1,2.30,000 for the Republican left, 1,250,000 for the collectivisfc Socialists, 1,000,000 for the Progressives, and 500.000 for the Independent Mncialists. One hundred and twenty out of the 300 deputies elected are in favour of proportional representation.
