Vinsyak Savarkar. ail Indian law student, who landed at Newhavon, and was arrested in London on r,n extradition warrant, charging him with sedition in India, appeared on remand at the Bow street Police Court to-day. In addition to charges of treason, Savarkar, who is a Brahmin, is also charged, on warrant, with the Abetment of disorder. [Savarkar was a member of Gray's Tnn (one of London's Tinns of Court), and corn-spoildt'iit for Ind'Rn newspapers.] i
