The Norwegian Consul, on behalf of his Government, in the presence of a representative gathering, presented Mr Holl'ord, Captain of tho s(eanie>r "Tofiia " with a silver coffee service, in acknowledgment of meritorious conduct in rescuing the crew of the hnrqlie "Errol" from Middletou reef.
