A SEVERE REBUKE.
The following letter appeared in -'lio "Otaki Mail" of yesterduv:—

Sir,--'My attention has been drawn .o a letter whfich appeared in a recent issue ol your paper, signed by one lienry Walton, who betrays "a /eiy laud,able thirst alter knowledge regarding my duties as County Engineer.
