Mark Twain, tho famous American humorist, died at Redding, California, at 1i.30 o'clock this evening. [Samuel Langhorno Clemens (better known to the world as Mark Twain), the famous American novelist and lecturer, was born .at Florida, Missouri, on the 30th November, 1838. Ho became an editor of a newspaper in Buffalo, and with Bret Hnrte, wrote for the California!!. His publications are too numerous and too well known to need mention.]
