Owing to tho extraordinary increase of hooliganism the Milan police have organised an armed patrol band who are arresting hundreds of the offenders nightly. Many are ex-convicts and are finned with revolvers -and daggers. Tho majority aro Southerners who ham taken refuge in Milan in consequence of the military campaign against the Camorra in tho Neapolitan provinces.
