[per press association.;] WELLINGTON, This Day. The Court Rave its decision in connection with the recent collision between the "Duehe.ss" and tlie "Cobar." Allegations as to drunkwiiiess against Captain Jones, of the "Duchess." wero nnprovod. Until captains were equally at fault, and the casualty was due to the careless navigation of both. The certificates of Captains -Tones and Williams would be suspended for twelve months.
