LONDON, April 17. The Home Secretary, Mr Winston Churchill, is arranging 2AOO nonparty Freetratio lectures for tho coming year. The speakers will include- Sir John Gorst, Lords Ave--1)U17 mid Brassey, Harold Cox (ex-M.P.), and Dr. Maciianiara.
He is also arranging for conferences of professional and commercial men.
