• Mails close at Levin as under:— For Weraroa, Manakau, Otaki, a.nd Wellington, daily, 8 a.m. For Shannon, Koputaroa, Tokomaru, Palmersbon North and intermediate offices, thence to New Plymouth, Auckland (via Main Trunk line), also Napier, Hawke's Bay and Wainyapa districts, daily, 10 a.m. For Foxton, daily, 10 a.m. a,nd 7 p.m. For Weraroa, daily, 10.30 a.m. For Ohau, Otaki, Waikanae, Paraparaumu, Paekakariki, Paramatta, Plimmerton, Johnsonvillo (per travelling Post Office), Wellington and Southern offices of New Zealand, daily, 4 p.m. For Wellington, daily, G. 15 p.m. For Palmerston North and intermediate offices, to Wanganui and Ohakunc, daily, 7 p.m. For Australian States, India, China, Japan, South Africa, United Kingdom, mid Continent of Europe, every Friday (unless otherwise notiiied), 8 a.m. For United States of America Canada, etc., as specially notified. Mails arrive at the Levin Post Office as under:— From Foxton, daily, 8 a.m. and 4.10 p.m. From Weraroa, daily, 10.40 a m a.n<l 4.50 p.m. From Palmerston North, daily, 3 a.m., 4.50 p.m. and 7 p.m. Shannon, daily, 9 a.m. and 4.50 p.m. From Wellington and intermediate offices, thence to Lovin, also Southern offices of New Zealand, daily, 10.40 a.m. From Auckland, Now Plymouth.
