STOCK SALES
A.hraliiini and Williams report: — At our Raumai sale, held on Tuesday, otii April, we had a large enLry of sheep and a medium entry of cattle. All classes of .stock sold well, especially sheep, and we have to report .a total clearance with prices in vendors' favour. Alinih.'im and "Williams report:— At our P'llmerston Xorth sale yesterday all cla'sps of stock met with keen competition, and a good yarding changed hands at satisfactory prices. Quotations:— R.m. ewes, 9s to 2-tl; f.in. ewes, 8s 3d to 8s fid; cull ewes. 5s to fis; 2-tootb ewv;. 12s; .mixed 2-tooths. 10s 2:1 to 12s Otl; forward wethers, 13s; forward ewes, I.os Id; cull lnmbs. ■Is Hd to 4s 10d ; forward cows. £3 7s fid; store cows, 31s to'£2 7s; wea tiers, 27s- to 30s.
