4 AV AUCKLAND. h'ER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, March 29. A young man was riding a bicycle in Ivhyber Pass road, and endeavoured' to cross the tramline in front of a car. He was struck by tlie car and carried along some distance. Prompt assistance was rendered, but life was found to be extinct.
