George Pinnock, licensee •»! the Commercial Hotel, Wellington, ami formerly of the Trocodero, Wellington, was on Thursday adjudicated bankrupt by his Honor the Chief Justice. The petitioning creditors wure Messrs Allen .Alaguiro and Hamilton Plimmer. Their petition set out that Pinnock \v,\s indebted to them in the sum of £709 12s Id, for which they had no security. This sum was the amount of a judgliuvit obtained against him by the petitioners in the Supreme Court, Wellington, on February 2'2ml, 1910. Pinnock wa.s stated to have committed an act of bankruptcy by Minis; to reply to a bankruptcy notice, issued ,ou February 27th, and duly served on him on March Ist.
