[PKR TRESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received This Bay, 8.50 a.m.) LONDON, March 25. A cadet at Dartmouth College has died from the effects of taking a dose of cyanide of potassium. The jury returned a verdict to the- effect that the naval authorities should prevent hoys having access to poisons.
