To the Rir s —Now that wo have and water, I suppose it is about (iiiw that the borough. councillors formulated a drainage scheme and let let us have a pall on the matter. l)raiinage is the next important question for the borough, and for our health's snku. 1 have heard that typhoid fever is prevalent in some parts of the borough now, and the cause, f suppose, is want of drainage. It would not have surprised me to have heard of fever being prevalent sooner, considering the hot summer we have Just passed through.
