The Cup provided a line race, and was won b,v I'arable, who seems to have come back to good form again, after the falling away displayed by her after the October meetings. .Races not reported in yesterday's issue were as follow Esk Hack.—Hinaru 1, Fort William 2, Bandolero 3. Scratched: Toanga, Fnunus, Obscurity. Moroe. Andrew Mack, Reformist and Niwaru. An excellent race, won on the post by a head. Welter. — Wiminera 1 Ballyheigli 2, Golden Water 3. Scratched: Perolina and. Ballyneety. Won by a good length. Trial Hack.— Bunkum 1, Reformist 2, Useful 3. Scratched: Magneto, Amaru, Harckoa. Won by a neck. Napier Cup.—Parable 1, Woodlie,v 2, Bridge 3. All the acceptors started. It was a liard race all the Ava.v, and in a punishing finish Parable beat Woodhey by a head. Sapling Stakes.— Birkdale 1. Sea Eagle 2, Warsong 3. Scratched : Lady Mfi rs. Redcliffe Hack _ u eltor.—Obscuritv 1, King's Prize 2, Amato 3. Also started— Polynices, Idealism, Dan Leno, Karakatura, Blackwater, Stevens, and Moana. Obscurity camo fast and won by a neck. Flying Handicap.—• Mundic 1, Ambala 2, Maori King 3. w\lso started—-Voetgang and Mayflower. The winner led all the way.
