They include Lady St. Helier, Air Harold Ccx, and Mr Geoffrey Drage. [This is the first time that a lady has been appointed an Alderman of the L.C.C. Mr Harold Cox was, up to the last general election, when he was defeated, one of the Radical M.P.'s for Preston. Latterly he came into conflict with his partv on the question of Tariff Reform.]
