SETTER'S ESTATE.
We would remind our readers of thi;i important sale of residential sections, which takes place at the Tovn Hall to-morrow evening, at 8 o'clock, when Messrs Hitehings, Haukins and Co., Ltd., will submit 2(> magnificent building sites. The majority of the sections to be offered comprise half-an-acre each. Tlu bud is absolutely free from stones, and is capable of growing anything.
