HOSPITAL C, & A. ELECTION.
Some confusion is existing as to the qualification of voters at tomorrow's election. The borough roll will bo used. "Where both husband and wife who are ratepayers or householders {hey will each" have a vote for the oandidates at the election. In, the County Council ■district the county roll will be, the basis of franchise. It is to be honed that the .people will take advantage of tho power given thorn and record their votes, as the matter is of very deep interest ;to both ratepayers and electors.
