I,Donald M‘Lean, Su perintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay,do hereby Proclaim arid Notify that ] the land corn prised in the Schedule hereunto'annexed will be offered to-be Leased by Auction, -for a term of 14 years, at the Crown Lands in Napier, on Wednesday the 7th day of October next at noon, in the lots set forth in the schedule hereunto annexed, and that the person-who ? shall bid the highest for each lot shall become the lessee of the same; and I further .notify, that the sums of. money- set against each lot shall represent the lowest rent which will be accepted for each lot.. By Donald M'Least, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand. 1 DONALD M‘LEAN, Superintenden .of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim that a sale of Crown lands will take place at the Crown Lands Office, Napier,;on TUESDAY, 29th Sept., 1868, at noon precisely, when the Allotments of Land specified in the schedule hereunto annexed, except such as may be reset ved under the provision hereinafter mentioned, and which have been.duly certified by the Commissioner of Crown Lands on the application of intending purchasers, as being unavailable for. agricultural purposes, will be put up to Pablic Auction at the upset price of 5s an acre, in accordance with, the Land Regulations of. the 4th March, 1853, and the additional regulations for the amendment and extension of the said Regulations recommended by the Superintendent and the Council for the Province of Wellington (Session 2) to the Governor.
If at any time during, tbe sale it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown ( Lands'beneficial or expedient for the-pub-lie service to reaerve from sale either of the , sections specified'in the said schedule, or to vary the order in which they are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so.
