PURSUANT to a Proclamation issued under my hand, dated the 21st dav of January, 1868.1, Donald M‘Lean, Su perintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay,do hereby Proclaim and Notify that the land comprised in the Schedule hereunto annexed will be offered to be Leased by Public Auction, for a term of 14 years, at the Crown Lands Office, in Napier, on 3) RID AY, the 3rd. day of July next, at noon in the lots set forth in the schedule hereunto annexed, and that the person who shall bid the highest for each lot shall become the lessee of the same ; and I further notify, that the sums of money set against each lot shall represent the lowest nht which will be accepted for each lot.
