Sy Dokaid M'Lean, Esq., Superintendent of the' Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand. to a Proclamation issued under, my hand, dated the 21st jan , 1868, I, Donald M e Lean, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that tlje Lands described in the annexed having been classified by the Commissioner of Crown Lands as land suitable for agriculcultural settlement, will be open to public selection, under the “Hawke’s Bay Waste Land Regulations Amendment Act, 1865,” at the Land Office, Napier, on and after THURSDAY, the 28th day of May, 1868, at the fixed price of One pound per acre.
