Government Advertisements. PROCLAMATION. By Donald M‘Lean, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand. PURSUANT to a Proclamation issued trader my hand, dated the 21st Jan., 1868, I, Donald M'Lean, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that at the Land Office, Napier, at noon on WEDNESDAY, the 27th day of May, 1868, the Commissigner of Crown Lands will offer to public competition, under the provisions of the “Hawke’s Bay Waste Land Regulations| Amendment Act 1865,” now in force in this province, Town Sections atMahia and Clyde (Wairoa), and Suburban Sections at Wairoa, Porangahau, Havelock, and Wai* tangi, that are referred to in the Schedules hereunto annexed, and at the upset price mentioned therein. Dated at Napier, this 21st day of Eeb., in the year of our Lord one thou, sand eight hundred and sixty eight. DONALD M'LEAN, Superintendent.

PURSUANT to a Proclamation issued under my hand, dated the 21st Jan., 1868, I, Donald M‘Lean, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that the Lands described in the annexed Schedule having been classified by the Commissioner of Crown Lands as land suitable for agriculcultural settlement, will be open to public selection, under the “Hawke’s Bay Waste Land Regulations Amendment Act, 1865,” at the Land Office, Napier, on and after THURSDAY, the 28th day of May, 1868, at the fixed price of One pound per acre. Dated at Napier this 21st day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixtyeight. DONALD M‘LEAN, Superintendent.
