New "Rush Jneab Westport. The Westport* Star of the 29th ult. reports a rush having taken- place' to • the ’ neighbor* hood of Bald. Hill, on the Westport side.of the Caledonian I/ead. A good deal, of groundhas been taken up .and an excellent prospect obtained, indeed, so excel** lent, as .to ■. almost incredible, for it is stated on, the authority of the. prospectors, that the produce of the first dish of dirt washed out was 11 dwts, and that the claim will yield a week per man.
