I DONALD M'LEAN, Superintendent , of the Province- of Hawke’s Bay, do Hereby Proclaim that a Sale of Crown Lands will take place at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on THURSDAY, March 12,1868, at noon precisely, when the allotments of land specified in the schedule hereunto annexed, except such as may be reserved' under the provision hereinafter mentioned, and which have been duly cer-i tifiedby the Commissioner of Crown Lands, I on the application of intending purchasers, 1 |as being unavailable for agricultural purposes, will be put up to public auction at the upset price of ss. per acre, in accordance with the Land Regulations of the 4th [March, 1863, and the additional regulations for the amendment and extension of the said regulations recommended by the Su perintendent and the Council for the Proviece. of Wellington (session 2) to the Governor.
