MAILS CLOSE,— For England, via Panama, also , for the British American Colonies, the United States, and other countries of North and South America, per s.s. Lord Ashley, at the Chief Post Office, at 11 a.m. on Friday, 28th February, 1868, and at . the Branch Office, Hastings-street, at 10 a.m. «3» Money Orders will not he issued after 5 p.m. on Thursday, 27th February.
