PROCLAMATION. By his Honor DoNAIiD M'Leak, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand. \ I /"HEREAS by an Act of the General V V Assembly, intituled “ The Hawke’s Bay Waste Land Regulations Amendment Act, 1865,” it is enacted that all wastelands of the Crown in the said Province notheretofore proclaimed as open for selection or sale, Bhall, before being proclaimed as open for selection or sale, be classified as follows by the Commissioner of Crown Lands: — Class 1- shall comprise lands suitable for townships orfor special settlement. . Class 2 shall comprise lands suitable for agricultural settlement. Class 3 shall coinprise land snitable for: pastoral purposes.
