T, JOSEPH RHODES, Deputy-Superin-tendent of the Province of Hawke’s Bay, Do hereby Proclaim and Notify that the Lands described in the annexed Schedule will be open for public selection under the Regulations of the 4th day of March, 1853 and the additional Land Regulations of the 15th February, 1855, at the Land Office, Napier, on and after Wednesday, the 16th of October, 1867. SCHEDULE Of portion of the Kopuawhara Block, adjoining the Nuhaka Block. 4633 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the North by latitude 39 deg. South, the Northern boundary of the Province of Hawke’s Bay; towards the East by the Kopuawhara stream, native land and the 'sea; towards the South by the sea and the Nubaka Block; and towards the West by the Nuhaka Block. AS very great dilatoriness has been displayed by Immigrants and their sureties in repaying to the Provincial Government the amount of the passage money advanced by them.— This is to Notify that, unless immigrants comply with the conditions of the Regulations, they will be immediately called upon for a refund in total of their passage money, and the Government will strictly enforce the fulfilment of those Regulations G.
