THE PROVINCIAL COUNCIL.
The Provincial Council met, as per adjournment, on Tuesday f afternoon, and proceeded to business, although His Honor the Superintendent was hot present, he having been detained in Wellington at the request of the General Government. A report of the proceedings of that day’s sitting will be found elsewhere.
