It cures diseases of the chest scrofula, lymphatic disorders, green sickness, muscular atouy, and loss of appetite, it regenerates the -constitution .by purifying the blood, and is, in a word, the most powerful depurative known. It never fatigues the stomach and bowels like the iodide oi lrou and the lodide of Potassium, and ie administered with the greatest efficacy to young children subject to humors, or obstruction of the-glands. Hr Cazenave oi St Louis Hospital, Paris, recommends it particularly in cutaneous diseases, con jointly with the pills that bear his name. The Plixir of- Pepsine, which is sanctioned oy the approbation of the Paris Academy of Medicine, speedily cures all such diseases, and prevents vomiting during preg nancy. 1 No KOBE ; PoVEBTY OP THE BLOOD, &C — l’kospkaia of Iron. — He Le-as, Apothecary, Hoctor of Science.—This new ferruginous medicine contains tho elements ol the bones arid biood, and iron in a liquid state. From observations made in the Paris Hospitals and detailed iu the prospectus, it is superior to ferruginous pills, lactate of iron, iron reduced by hydrogen, pills and syrup of the iodide of iron, anu cures rapidly stomach complaints, paiilful digestion, poverty. of the blood, loss oi strength and appetite, and the diseases incident to ieihales. It is the best adjunct fcp Cod-literJJil, and the best preserver oi health in tropical climates. No Kobe Copaiba ob Ctjbbbs. — Capsules of Matico Veyetalis ; also Liquid Extract of Matico. —These elegant preparations effect rapid and extraordinary cures oi recent and-old, and severe cases of disease. They are used in all the Hospitals of Pans by the celebrated Hr liicord, and are found greatly superior to all preparations oi Copaiba, Cubebs, &c., and Mineral .Remedies.
