By the arrival of the Star of the Evening, Captain Turner, from Auckhave received Auckland ""papers up to Wednesday last. The most important news to ’ hand by this opportunity is intelligence of a threatened outbreak which is published in the Auckland papers of the 22nd instant, copied from “ extras” of the Tauranga ‘Argus. The New Zealand Tferald of the 23rd contains a refutation of at least a portion of the alarming hews. Full extracts will be found elsewhere.
