Subscribers that in all cases .where pre-payment of the Subscription is i made, the Postal Tax will be borne by. the Proprietor, and hot charged. - As, however, the purchase of stamps involves a large outlay of ready cash; the above-cannot apply ; to other than prepaid subscriptions; All such will observe that the postage of Is id per quarter will be added to the amount of their accounts when rendered.
