Allocation of Net Proceeds (By telegraph- Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 8. It was announced last evening by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Hon. Sir Alexander Young, that the profits from the “Grand Art Union” (No. 39) would be distributed as follow:— £ Relief of distress 5,500 Wellington City Mission 50(j Society for the Protection of Women and Children, Dunedin 200 New Zealand Red Cross Socoety (peace time activities for the relief of distress ... 200 Royal Humane Society (Christchurch) 200 St. John Ambulance Association (Wellington) 200 New Zealand Naval Benevolent Fund 500 Total £7,300
