He batted magnificently against Leveson-Gower’* XL, passing his 3000 runs for the season. Marylebone’s Australian XI. in the first innings made 349—Hendren 164, Wyatt not out 70. Leveson-Gower’s XI. lost none for 31. Eastern Counties in the first innings made 217. West Indies in the first lost one for 50.
