HOLLYWOOD CONTEST. WINNERS AWARDED CONTRACTS. HOLLYWOOD, September 5. From a field of 100,000 applicants from every English-speaking nation in the world a film studio to-night completed the selection of 30 winners in its '‘search for beauty” contest. The Australian winners are Miss Gwen Munro (Melbourne) and Mr Brian Norman (Sydney), while the. New Zealand winners are Miss Joyce Nielsen (Wellington) and Mr Colin Tapley (Dunedin). The final selections were made through screen tests, the winners being awarded film contracts. ’
