DEFINITE FRENCH POLICY. THE GERMAN MENACE. LONDON, September 6. The “News-Chronicle’s” Paris correspondent says that rigid inspections and control of armaments are now the bedrock of French policy for the Disarmament Conference. So seriously is the rearming of Germany regarded in France that if Germany refuses to accept such control France will undoubtedly take steps to bring matters to a head with or without the other Powers’ support.
