AUSTRIAN RIOTS
PROVOKED BY FOREIGNERS. FUTURE DEMONSTRATIONS BANNED. (Received 10 ,9.40 a.in.) Budapest, Dec. 9. Investigation of the Nagyvarau riots reveal that they were provoked by international agitators, many of whom were arrested red-handed in a British shop which bad been flying the Union Jack. The vioters destroyed the flag, which they trampled in the mud. The Government has banned demonstrations planned throughout the country.—(A. and N.Z.)
