Censure Motion Defeated; The Censure motion in the House of Commons was negatived by 247 votes to 142. WIGHT-MORGAN CASE... In the Wright Morgan case (see page eight for earlier details) counsel for the plaintiff, with the consent of the other counsel, asked for an adjournment till Monday’ to enable l a conference to be held with a view to a settlement, not only of the present litigation, but of all threatened litigation arising out of the Wright estate. The adjournment was granted. The body of Ah Ging. known as Wing On, a Chinaman, of Marion, aged 60. a fruiterer, was found hanging at the rear of his premises in Broadway this morning. It is apparently a case of suicide. He is believed to have been in financial difficulties. Dr. C. K. Adams, Government astronomer, observed the comet last night from the Dominion ob.-orva-tory. Wellington, and states definitely that it. i« not the GriggSkjellerup comet, which is not observable to the naked eye.
