The H.B. County Council has completed the work of putting down the first coat of tar-sealing on the NapierTaradale Road, a distance of about 4) miles. It is expected to proceed with the laying of the coat of bitumen immediately the Xmas, holidays are over. Already the dust nuisance, which has been particularly bad on this road, has been effectively remedied, and users of this highway are well pleased with the work done.
