Appetising Dlsht There are some people in Wanganui who eat with relish the flesh of the octopus, according to the statement of a Christchurch resident who has eaten octopus flesh and describes its flesh as delicate and more than palatable. One of the most enjoyable meals be has had was on a trawler off Timaru. Greek fishermen in charge of rhe vessel, although they had a wide range of food-fishes, caught octopus for the table.
